這陣子老媽偶會語重心長(?)的說：還是要保養才行。

的確，這裡很乾，如果不擦個乳液或保養品之類的，皮膚會很粗，不要說臉好了，光是手摸起來就有沙沙的感覺。不過呢... 說到保養品，貴就一定好嘛？開價就一定不好嘛？嘴巴雖然這樣講，可是潛意識裡就會有名牌情結，就算沒有，也會想說一分錢一分貨，比較便宜的會不會是少了什麼才比較便宜？

Consumer Reports 的編輯說，貴的不一定比較好，事實上就算比較有效的面霜也只能有一點點除皺效果，甚至只有不到10%的效果，不要期望有什麼神奇的除皺效果，避免皺紋最好的方法就是預防：避免日曬和不要抽菸。
